What shipping methods do you use?
Onlinesaleshoes ships most items via UPS Ground or FedEx. Larger items may be shipped via a special freight line.

How quickly are items shipped once the order is placed?
Our goal at Onlinesaleshoes is to get the merchandise to you as quickly as possible. Items that are in stock in our warehouse will be shipped within 72 hours of your order being processed. Items that are not in stock will be shipped directly from the manufacturer.
