Handling

We does not take responsibility for any untracked parcels that go missing. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. We will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel, however, if untracked shipping is selected, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier. We are not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.

Local Destination Tax & Duties
We have no control over any customs or import duties that could be charged when the order reaches the destination country. These charges can cause delays and the customer will be liable to pay for them. We advises the customer to check with the local customs agency before placing the order.

We can deliver to almost any address in the world. Please note that some products are subject to restrictions and some products cannot be shipped abroad.
When you place an order, we calculate the delivery and delivery dates based on product availability and the delivery options you choose. Depending on the chosen transport provider, the estimated delivery dates are displayed on the transport offers page.
Please note that delivery prices for many of the products we sell depend on weight. The weight of such a product can be found in the details. To comply with the rules of the transport companies we use, all weights are rounded to the nearest full pound.
