Return policy

You can return most new, unopened goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also refund the return costs if the return is due to an error on our part (you received the wrong or faulty product, etc.).

You should get your money back within four weeks of returning the package, but in most cases you will get your money back sooner. This time period includes the time it takes us to receive your return from the sender (5 to 10 working days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 working days) and the time it takes your bank to process our return request (5 to 10 working days).
